I am pretty sure the price will change when you check it. It could be either higher or lower. It depends on your luck when checking it. This model is most likely designed to be used by advanced users, as you can see the selling price is high.
I think it is worth the asking price for this machine since it has a lot of included features for this model. According to my research, the more features a model has for a sewing machine the higher the selling price, not to mention the amount of included accessories for the Janome 3160QOV.
